I graduated from Guymon High School in Guymon, Oklahoma in 1998. From there I attended Southwestern Oklahoma State University where I majored in Elementary Education. I graduated with my Bachelors in 2003.
I received a Bachelors of Science in Elementary Education from Southwestern Oklahoma State University. I then got my teaching certifications in both Elementary Education and Early Childhood Education.
I started teaching at USD480 in August 2015. I am currently a 4th grade teacher at Sunflower and teach all subject areas.
Before teaching for USD480 I taught 3 years in Oklahoma and 4 years in Colorado. While living/teaching in Oklahoma, I also spent my summers as an instructor at a day camp for special needs children.
I have been married for 12 years and we have a wonderful daughter. Our family also consisits of 3 dogs, a cat, horses and cattle.
When I'm not teaching I love to be with my family and friends. I love watching sports, mostly football, and riding horses. I also enjoy playing sports and hunting.
